Professional workflow policies for smooth collaboration and premium project delivery.
Every project begins with a clear discussion of goals, editing style, references, target audience, platform requirements, deadlines, deliverables, pricing, and revision expectations. Once the project scope is finalized, major additions or new requests outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.
A minimum advance payment (of 50%) will be required before work begins. For smaller projects, full payment may be required upfront. The remaining balance must be completed before final high-resolution delivery or transfer of final files. Urgent projects or priority delivery may include additional charges.
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Minor changes like text edits, timing adjustments, music swaps, and pacing improvements are included. Major re-editing, new concepts, or extra deliverables may require additional charges.
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity, footage length, editing style, motion graphics requirements, and revision rounds. Delays in receiving files, approvals, or feedback may affect the final delivery schedule.
Standard delivery includes only final exported videos in the agreed format. Source files, editable project timelines, Premiere Pro / After Effects files, templates, and premium licensed assets are not included unless discussed beforehand. Editable files may require additional charges.
Clients must provide all required materials including raw footage, logos, assets, references, scripts, and clear instructions before editing begins. Missing materials or delayed responses may affect timelines and final output quality.
If a project is canceled after work has started, advance payments are non-refundable. Completed work up to that stage remains billable. Significant completed work may require partial or full payment depending on project progress.
Final ownership of the delivered content transfers to the client only after full payment is completed. Completed work may be showcased in portfolio or social media unless confidentiality is requested before the project begins.
Respectful and professional communication is expected from both sides. Clear feedback, timely responses, and mutual respect help maintain a smooth workflow and strong working relationship. Unprofessional behavior may result in project refusal.
Client files, footage, and project details are handled professionally and with privacy. Sensitive content will not be shared publicly without permission. NDA or confidentiality agreements should be discussed before the project begins.
Due to the creative and service-based nature of video editing, refunds are generally not provided once work has started. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations discussed fairly between both parties.
The goal is simple: to deliver high-quality edits that create impact, improve engagement, and help your content stand out. Every project is handled with professionalism, creative intent, and attention to detail.
